This property located at Sunshine Beach on the Sunshine Coast, was badly in need of an upgrade. The existing render and paint was in poor condition and corroded metal had degraded large patches of the render, exposing areas of the building to the elements. Our team cut away the old concrete, treated and encapsulated the corroded metals beneath and patched the holes before applying the new render system.
